low Season (May 15th - June 30th; September 15th - October 14th;
thursday before Easter – monday after Easter;
ascension day – monday after whitsun;
satturday before Christmas thru January 6)

Rest of the year: € 49,- per night

Short rental: 3 nights 20 % supplement.

1 or 2 nights fix rate € 210,-- (Peakseason), € 177,-- (season), € 147,-- (rest of year)

Long time rental: from 15th. night on 10 % discount

o These rates are including all charges except of the local tax (see below)

· NEW: Power rental minimum sta energy pricey 45 nights:

§ Peak season € 36,00 per night

§ Low Season € 32,00 per night

§ rest of the year € 24,00 per night

For Power Rental towels and linnen are not included. Power and water is charged supplementary.

Please note:

Due to the current situation on energy prices we have to ask an energy supplement from Oktober 01, 2022 on. This supplement is not included in the rental rates above.

The energy supplement is € 5,00 for stays between Oktober 01 and April 30 and

€ 2,00 for stays between May 01 and september 30.
